Order delivery:

Order on the website – pick up in the retail store at a time convenient for you.
When placing an order, select the "Self-pickup" option. 
After order confirmation, a manager will contact you to discuss the pickup date.
You will be informed about the readiness of your order via SMS notification.
Payment is made either directly upon receipt of the goods or by cashless payment.

Delivery by courier service

Delivery of goods by courier service across Ukraine is carried out on the terms of prepayment or cash on delivery. 
Rates and delivery time depend on the order volume. 
When placing an order, select a courier service and fill in your personal details, specifying the nearest branch. Our manager will contact you for confirmation. 
You will be informed about the delivery of your order to the branch via SMS notification. 

We take care to ensure that the goods you ordered arrive in your locality intact and undamaged. Therefore, before shipping, we mandatory check the integrity and completeness of the items and insure them when processing the shipment with the carrier service.
